Cooperative Education
Rather than relying on external organizations, the cooperative conducts its own education, planned and operated by the cooperative itself.
: Tailored education designed to fit the cooperative's situation and members' needs, fulfilling the education and training obligations under Article 45 of the Cooperative Basic Act while building the cooperative's self-reliance capacity.
Mandatory Member Education (Statutory Obligation)
Statutory education that all members must complete as required by the Cooperative Basic Act. Operated as a foundational course for the sound operation of the cooperative and the protection of members' rights.
New Member Onboarding Education
Basic education conducted within 30 days of joining for all newly enrolled members. It guides them on the values of cooperatives, the purpose of our cooperative, and the rights and duties as a member.
Regular Member Training
Regular education conducted at least once a year for all members. It covers sharing of cooperative operations, capacity building, democratic decision-making, and other content for continuous member growth.
Executive Role Training
Job training conducted before and after appointment for those appointed as executives such as chairperson, directors, and auditors. It strengthens practical capabilities including executives' legal responsibilities, general meeting and board operation, and approval of financial statements.
